On the occasion of actor Vijay’s birthday,makers of his next film have released two character look posters from the film.While the first look showcased the actor in a grey shaded avatar, Sarkar second look which got released minutes ago showcases him in a sophisticated, formal manner. Vijay is seen working on a computer in a techie avatar.Makers of the film “Sun Pictures” took their official twitter handle to release the second look of the film.

Even though it would be too early to make any guesses regarding the number of roles actor would be seen playing in this film,it could be guessed that the actor has two different character shades.Just like Thuppaki,Murugadoss has yet again tried to capture Vijay in an urbane setup which is clearly evident from the poster backdrop.

Vijay and Murugadoss’s previous collaboration “Kaththi”, a socio political drama was a huge critical and commercial success.But the director had failed to repeat the success of Kaththi with his last two films Akira and Spyder. So the director is leaving no stone unturned with this particular project. Sarkar is jointly being penned by ace novelist cum dialogue writer B.Jeyamohan and A R Murugadoss. Principal star cast of the film includes Vijay, Keerthy Suresh, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Prem Kumar, Yogi babu and others.Academy award winning composer A R Rahman will be composing music for the film.Kerala state award winning cinematographer Girish Gangadharan is making his Tamil industry debut with this film.National award winning editor Sreekar Prasad will be editing this venture.

Sun Pictures will be producing as well as distributing the film across Tamilnadu.Sarkar is slated for the Diwali release.The movie is set to clash with Suriya‘s NGK directed by Selvaraghavan and Ajith Kumar’s next Viswasam directed by Siva.There are quite a few small films lined up for the Diwali release as well.
